Background

HYMT is a young and vibrant organisation set up in 2002 for young people interested in all aspects of musical theatre. Based at Haddo House in rural Aberdeenshire, HYMT has replaced the popular Haddo Youth Theatre after the demise of the Haddo Arts Trust.

HYT and HYMT have helped produce many young performers who have gone on to study the performing arts successful at tertiary level all over Britain.

HYMT does not audition for membership, is very friendly, cheap to enrol into and open to everyone between the ages 14 - 25. Members get the best in theatrical and vocal guidance from professional leaders. New members are always welcome to join.
